We all can guess what Rathie will deliver in his address to shareholder at AGM in November – we read his draft in recent preliminary financial report, “FY17 Result Overview”.
Can somebody interrupt him at the Meeting asking to read his last year “Result Overview” and report on how his rosy, optimistic predictions, forecast and projections for 2016-17 eventuated?
You see, if you go down not only to last year's Report, but to several years of Rathie presiding over the company, you will read in each year “Result Overviews” the same rhetorics about how great the future for the company would be... but he never admitted that none of his predictions came true.
Why he was doing this and will do it again on 24 November this year? Because it is cushy to be a Chairman or CEO, getting salary which many of us would only dream of – and doing absolutely nothing to make the company profitable and starting to pay dividend to shareholders.
I hope at least this year shareholders will raise their voices, interrupt Rathie telling lies about great future of the company and express disdain for the Board who silently allowed the catastrophe of falling fortunes of the company happen.
