I just listened to the AGM Webcast and appreciated the explanation of why soon wasn't as soon as expected.
Given the amount of time the upgraded BLG300 has been available to projects, I'm happy for Lumileds, IQE, Veeco and HC Semitek to get a few iterations under their belt before completing their work. It was always going to be a stretch to finish the Lumileds work before Xmas.'
The EpiBlu announcement is significant as I believe it will be a meaningful revenue source as well as a channel for generating new application leads. It is good to see so many MOCVD customers are moving across to RPCVD.
There are many pathways available for commercialisation now and I believe they will be successful. It is no longer "if" but "when" and I believe we will have a positive announcement this financial year.
Interesting trading post AGM. The day after the AGM, 600k or so shares were bought around 41c and then 550k shares were sold down. Not sure what to make of that. Did fools rush in, only to change their mind or was this a trading strategy to bring the SP down for accumulation, or who knows! There seems to be a fair few shares willing to trade at the moment, so it will be interesting to where the SP settles.
Anyway, the SP is now back down and will provide a dollar cost average accumulation opportunity for me over the coming months. I'm very happy with the lack of commentary on this thread as I hope HC traders aren't pump/dump riding this one.
A 2.5 year funding runway should put us in a good negotiating position when the time comes.
