I think the AGM document is reasonably clear on some of the points

pg 11 - C4 owns the IP, MNS supply materials & production of anode materials (I take that to mean graphite)
pg 12 - German gigafactory in NRW, MNS is sourcing raw materials & project mgmt.
pg 13 - Germany 2, MNS supplies raw materials

pg 19&20 does refer to IP, but there also seems to be some link to Nachu (not clear on this, and also no mention of patent etc).
The only discussion of the patent was the cobalt & nickel free battery which Frank confirmed was owned by C4 & covers 35 countries.
