I rest my case after the announcement today. They can call it a 'capital injection', they can call it a banana, its a cap raising simple as that. WGX still needs more money that they have. The announcement even admits it now has sufficient capital to actually do what it planned to do.
Anyway, its an interesting new partner. Not sure what GEARs plans are but... hey, they are paying a market price I suppose.
