That is correct UsualSuspect. The development of the 20-29nm (2xnm) will begin next year most likely in the 2nd Half. But if R&D agreement is signed earlier the 40nm mb/kb array and 2xnm will be develop in parallel. They expect for the 2xnm development to be completed by end of 2019.
The 40nm cell is what is now in the market that is why this is a big milestone for the company.
