Thanks for looking at this, I had presumed my NO Votes would have amounted to nothing so I ignored the notice.
I think denying Performance Rights to Berger, Burgess, Plutsky and Artamonov is most reasonable and for me definitely the correct action path - I'm very glad others felt the same.
The Remuneration Report with the hopelessly low performance target(s) likewise should have made it to the trash-can in my opinion.
I need this new Board to actively talk to the Market (ASX Releases) and update what it going on in MY Company.
Having such dramatic changes to the structure of the Company and top of the Company and thinking regular 6 monthly updates are adequate is naive.
