newB your comments are on the money in my opinion. They had ample opportunity to actually progress this company in the past and they had that great platform to springboard from but all collapsed after RT left!.
and as for the following comment:

what a lot of rot!!!! in effect they are warning that DO NOT expect dividends for some time to come - so whats the investment worth in this company now??? sweet f'all IMO.
the bonuses based on KPIs that they think up (and conveniently leave SP out of the equation - what crock!) and above market based remuneration to staff and now they decide to increase R&D and staffing levels as well. One could be cynical and suggest that this all smacks of desperation but please do not touch our bonus structure or remuneration packages - but okay to "touch" investors out of their dividends - hmmm.
unfortunately my other thoughts are not fit to put up on a post so better leave it at that!!!
