This was a great company and could be again. It has great opportunity. A simple plan would do the trick.

1. Stay out of court cases after the current one runs its course.
2, Accept the outcomes from the court
3. Publish a simple plan with dates and deliverables on the generics -fund from cash on hand and any remaining existing revenues.
4. Cut bonuses if deliverables are not delivered on time.
5. Work hard.
6. Market generics.
7. Make money.

Sigh,,,,,,

Now for the reality surprise.

1. Come up with a bullshit story about generics to make it look like work is being done (not serious because no deadlines/deliverables)
2. Take many legal actions (with little chance of success) and use the court cases as an opportunity for many overseas trips.
3. Make sure the shareholders are not told anything (they know better anyway right?)
4. Pay out the remaining cash in salaries and bonuses (they need to keep the best talent right?) as fast as possible.
5. Attempt a CR to get more money for salaries and bonuses (yeah right)
6. Close the doors.
7. Find another group of hapless shareholders to rip off.
