Also watch dilution, these options the like can really create massive dilution later down the track when they are exercised. Only then some people actually realise that these were in play. I hope more people actually watch out for this and vote at the AGM. Certainly quick to point out that they had ~99% votes for the option issuance, usually for me when companies say it out loud that's a tell that they are looking to expand that without much shareholder dissent...

This is a very good point and one which I had not considered.

This is lazy on my part for asking when I should check for myself but do you know when the AGM will be?
