I don’t mind voting my 1.2 million no. We had a bit of a similar campaign last year with Capitol Health and it certainly was a wake up call to them, that had the Chairman apologising at the AGM for past performance and promising to do better. I think the board is doing an OK job (with the core business of developing products and selling them and really that should be the most important thing, even if communication is lacking), but it doesn’t do any harm either to let them know small share holders exist and aren’t happy.
