in the voting if i recall the directors are unable to vote so the retail must vote and if we have the numbers it may hold
years ago i started a no vote with a company and the share holders all voted a no it got a first strike against the directors that was ags
as retail we do expect the directors taking the company forward but also to be informed on whats going on through asx announcements full disclosure but has that happened of late
