The top 4 shareholders own 95.65% and the top 20 shareholders now own 97.38% of the company. With so little float available the share price can easily be manipulated by any of the top 4 shareholders.With the higher tungsten price and so little float these shares should be flying with even average good news.With a real float of shares available to the market being only 4.35% it seems the top 3 shareholders don't want a higher share price and want the company to remain public while it is losing money. WLF must be very close to not Qualifying as public listed company.Maybe the reason RCF don't by buy out the small shareholders. CHEERS
