What? They literally are taking responsibility, saying the price has tanked because the company failed to meet over-optimistic sales targets the company set. How is that not taking responsibility?
There is a lot not to like about the report but I think management did put their hands up and say they have made mistakes and failed to deliver in a lot of ways.
