currently that's half the market cap but by the time licence and off take etc are in place it should be a lot less than half the market cap.
resolutions 4 and 5 are worth about 1.2m at 2cps and 2m respectively. About 160m shares at 2cps. 4.4m$ and 110m shares at 4cps. $5.6m 93m shares at 6cps.
