    Yep, i agree wholeheartedly.
    Strangely enough it sounds like the Omanis werent exactly happy either, hence the new Mining Strategy being launched with a one stop licensing process. The existing process needed 9 different government bodies to provide approval before the PAM could issue the license, none of whom seem to communicate with each other, with the exception maybe of the Minister for Funny Walks.
