Yep skeptical is good.
I dont think alara in particular has changed their tune, and I'm not putting much weight on their perspective as yet. Im gambling more on the Omanis. The new mining strategy was actually finished on schedule (that has to be a first lol) and is currently waiting to be endorsed in Parliament.
If the Omanis themselves werent pushing so hard for internal reform then i would just be laughing this last suggestion of mine construction off too.
