James Sullivan is paid $165,000 usd per year in cash plus $89k in share options, which translate to 2 million shares exercisable at 8 cents per share by July 2020. Haha looks like he got his shares more expensive than most of us. $165k usd is about $220k aud.
See the wording below the table. This means that someone was right in saying that Jason Brewer didn’t participate in the share issue of Hippi Resources. He must have had the 5 million shares along time ago. IMO.
