The table is their best guess at substantial holders but none of the nominees are substantial holders. They will be holding for sub 5% funds as well as 5%+ funds (listed in the table). Very confusing, I agree. But am pretty confident they are all still holding except for Regal. The volumes over the last week or two are still relatively low compared to the 5% holdings and no way any substantial could have sold out or even close to selling out, except for Regal.
