    That's just the difference in holdings between what the substantial holder is holding under their own entity and under a nominee. E.g. Vivo is holding 4% under their own name and the remainder of their 17.55% holding under a nominee, likely Citicorp, JP Morgan or HSBC.

    There likely is a double count somewhere in the Substantial Holders table as I don't believe Citicorp, JP Morgan or HSBC actually control the share holdings of their registered holdings. They have never put out substantial holder notices as required by law if they were the controlling entities. And we have not seen any notices of change in holdings of over 1% put out by Vivo or Challenger (as required by the regulations). If you add up the holdings in the table, it gives you 105%.

    Regal looks to be selling out. They may be close to finishing. No change in the other substantials.
