That is exactly what is going on. Whoever is advising CNNC is not very good. Like i said from the beginning , if CNNC want LH, just pay up. As to whether the better option is buy it outright for a good price or bid for PDN, one can run various scenarios. But if they want uranium, probably buy PDN.
