The options for PDN and CNNC are now pretty tightly defined.
CNNC were going to buy 24% of LHM - for whatever reason they did not follow through on that deal (iuf they ever intended to) as a direct result of that and the time lost the restructure was planned - this left a question mark over CNNCs rights to LHM in this restructure scenario... right now there's a disagreement between PDN and CNNC as to whether they even have the right to buy the remaining 75% - IF they do then the price will be set by independent assessor - there's nothing for PDN and CNNC to talk about until one or both of those issues are settled...
