CNNC Offer was $175M for 24% of LHM. They did not proceed to binding documentation.
CNNC new offer for LHM is potentially whatever the valuer says the price is for 75%.
Right now U price is low. Delay at this stage will help PDN - if U price and sentiment can recover before valuation. Realistically price must be above $45 USD /lb for industry to be viable LT.
