I was thinking the opposite. If they can push the bond holders back to 30 September they can have longer to deal with CNNC.
It's interesting but I'm pessimistic, if the U price had of kept running I thought we might be in with a chance to get out money back. Unfortunately it is stubbornly sitting around $22!
