I reckon CNNC has been dumping U3O8 on the market to supress the price whilst a valuation of the LH mine is underway. A lower u-price leads to a lower mine price. If you follow the u-price history and correspond that chart with the events taking place it would seem that way.
Now that PDN have bought time CNNC will have to decide if they keep doing this because they can't keep doing this forever.
Just my gut feel.
