    Positives: Solid result. Strong balance sheet. Transparent accounting. Cash flow (although this is a result of Revenue decline in H2)
    Negatives: Headcount drop will impact FY18, so wouldn't bank on growth.
    Overall: fairly priced now. Buyers getting in for the div.
