I broadly agree with that sentiment. Its a business I've always liked but never quite found sufficiently compelling or attractively priced to buy in.

The aborted recent takeover seems odd to me. Did they not realise a shareholder of the takeover entity held 60% of the shares? I can't understand how it ever got to the announcement stage. I must be missing something.

So i'm in the same position as always with this one at $14.30 ish the PE seems to be 23x ex earnings income (which could be negative this year). Div yield 3.2% with no FY19 growth. I feel like its quite expensive.
