The only post-IPO selling I am aware of is at $1.40 when there was an institutional placement, ostensibly to add liquidity.

It says:

“Blackout Period” means:
a. The period from the close of trading on the ASX at the end of each half year and full year until the close of trading on the day of the announcement to the ASX of the half year or full year results (as applicable); and
b. Any other period that the Board specifies from time to time;

So the policy suggests there is no barrier to director buying until the end of June! Although I suspect they actually operate this policy quarterly.
