The issue with the business is that it does not weed out providers who provide low quality service in my opinion. I like the business model, but until they sort out this issue, it's hard to become the leading player in the transformation of work model across all workers globally. Taking Escrow onboard in my opinion was also not a good move as it's now dragging the whole business behind and dilutes the value that the company has to offer shareholders.
