Otherwise it is like asking to AirBNB, "hey, by the way, how do you explain that you don't make amy profit? I don't give a heck if you become the largest hotel chain in the world. I will invest my money in to this 3-cabin family retreat place in bushlands of blue mountain, they seem to make $10K profit a year".
Well good luck with investing to small family business, because they make a "profit" of $10K.
