It doesn't matter what way Wilma tries to lobby/paint it. It is a terrible announcement. It really amounts to putting the whole prospect on care and maintenance. The SP has tanked for years and now volumes have dried up making it illiquid and unattractive. There is only one trajectory for the SP now and that is down down down, and not to chinatown.
