If I were Peter Coleman, and I truly believed I owned 35% of this and were liable for 35% of costs, I would want to be trumpeting it to the world.
Never mind meeting my ASX disclosure obligations.
Instead, we are embarking on a two-well program expected to lift recoverable oil to a billion barrels and ... silence.
