Attend EGM outline your concerns, and vote against the resolutions, attend AGM and outline your concerns, and vote against Directors, if cant do that;
Use the proxy forms attached to notice of meeting, for the AGM to vote against the re-election of the Directors at the AGM, (no-one did this last year), or
Accept the Company for what it is, or
Finally, sell your stock and move on
