I think some one is all over KAI again for reason. lol
If what is claimed by that person is that there is no issue regarding third party rights or that those issues have been resolved then why dont KAI just come out and say so with an actual announcement???
Would that information not be market sensitive???

It just highlights the games that have gone on until now and would appear that they are still playing...
Either way, no one can claim that KAI management have been open and transparent, but they will.
Cloak and dagger stuff is not what I will be investing in
