Pardon my ignorance here but wouldn't the SPP be scaled back where there is a pack of interest from shareholders (ie a bearish outlook)?
Paul, I would not say that there is a lack of Interest from Shareholders. More to the point is that they are probably already holding bucket loads of shares as it currently stands and as such are reluctant or have little funds to finance the purchase of more shares.
I am "Chock O Block" at the moment but will be releasing more funds for the SPP..
