BPT main interests in takeover of Drillsearch were the PEL91 western flank oil and PEL106B wet gas business. The rest of Drillsearch assets are basically for sale or has been sold. I think PEL103 has not been sold yet. The problem with the ACER assets are that they don’t pass BPT test hurdles on Return On Equity (ROE).
