Agree with first two paragraphs. On the third, the crappiness of the deal tells you all you need to know - BLA wouldn't have survived without it. They're just trying to put some lipstick on the pig but the market has spoken with the further ~50% fall to $1.00. What would you have ASIC and ASX do anyway? Let it go into administration? Market was clearly not in receipt of all the facts when it had priced shares at ~$2+, only to find out how dire things were with this deal being announced. Another opportunity right there for the ambo chasers to make a claim.
