Yes dogon, what you query is becoming an interesting question, with RAMU quite profitable and other sources of money becoming (potentially) available to Highlands.
    ie
    1. Can HIG repay its RAMU debt other than by using cashflows from the RAMU operation?
    and as a corollary,
    2. Does HIG have flexibility in regards to how much of the RAMU cashflow it can apply to debt repayment? (We know that if HIG's RAMU cashflow is low, then all of it must be applied to debt serving; but if cashflow is high, could HIG apply up to 100% of that cashflow to debt repayment if it wished)?
    and also
    3. If the answer to Q1 is "YES", is there any penalty or extra payment due?

Does anyone on HC have the answers to these questions?
