This thing is in, and has been for a while, a pinch on the BOL Bands. The Last three weeks have been solid buy volume with little to no movement in price. A good indicator of commitment buying. If lacking a little strength, that may be that BLY is not fully on the retail radar just yet. The most recent ADX postice cross needs to hold +15 to bring on more commitment
