Excellent question Slogger; I'm not clear how Volt & Walkabout have managed to get all the approvals to proceed to building a mine. IF anyone can explain how they have managed to do this, please advise.
I'm also confused as to why people keep on referencing Nachu being able to supply graphite to anyone - please point out to me where MNS have indicated they ave resolved issues with the Tanzanian government about ownership/royalties/local listing etc. It seems before anything can be dug out of the earth, they need to resolve that key issue, and then the next step is offtakes/investment/mine etc.
