300mm wafer is currently in the developing phase so, it's not yet become fab friendly like 200mm wafer. Can't see the good sale of 300mm wafer until late 2020, so we still have plenty of time to catch up. Moving to a 200mm fab is more cost effective and bigger market for sale.
