I tend to agree your point around delays to revenue, seemed to me that he was more reserved on that front and that we perhaps need to temper our expectations around revenue numbers at the end of the month, ties in with the investor presentation as I recall around the delays to revenue starting with respect to trial periods etc. Bear in mind my comments are just from my recollection and I haven't gone back and actually reread the relevant parts it the Investor presentation but im pretty sure they were along those lines.

In any event after reading the letter still happy medium term, and have lowered my expectations for revenue in the quarterly at the end of month.... completely relaxed still though.
