    I think he already knows that they can be sold off market to the big end of town. He made comments that the capital raise did not fall below the capital raise price but increased. The capital raise was also over subscribed. Big end of town wanted more. Bell Potter most likely have a buyer already lined up for a crossed trade. Not sold on market .
