imo it would be ill conceived to say shareholders may have not absorbed that information - smart investors esp instos frequently pump stocks up well beyond what they know a stock might be intrinsically worth at a given point in time - precisely so they can sell shareholders to 'the great fools' and buy back at lower levels

though 40c was also on hope of deals not yet cemented - prob with min guaranteed income attached.


as ive been sayign all along - bud;s a momentum stock. it has no earnings yet worth the name on which to value it.

so momentum/sentiment/smart money moves are the biggest drivers of sp each day. even with meaningful earnings that usually still the biggest driver of tech stocks
