Further to your comment, it was also mentioned that Synlait vary the output as required with A2m’s request for more or less product depending on the ‘out of stock’ situation ( and likely the demand per time of year eg 11/11 etc)
Out of stock is monitored over 100 stores regularly and stock is ordered accordingly.
