Please don't credit her with being an investment guru which is extremely unlikely. Your scenario is not plausible.
It is likely IMO that she purchased an expensive house and used her quantas shares as collateral.
What is puzzling is why she thinks a 4% housing loan will give her a better return than A2 shares.
In fact this is the exact opposite of a financial guru and is sending a bad message to the market about lack of judgement.
