Your correct of course. But that's the deal she did with us( our board, our money)
She may truly have obligations as she stated , and the ato isn't concerned with share prices.
It's not about her, it's about the board we just gave a 30 percent increase to.
Hey, why not, it's our money.
On a brighter note, maybe in the time left before she sells she may be motivated to do something to increase the share price.
