No h man. The deal included shares. The deal did not include her sellling all her shares just as soon as she could. That was not the deal.
If they had known she was going to sell out immediately, then they would have paid her in cash not shares.
She did sell out and in this respect is not fit to head a2 milk co.
Possibly ok for an employee to do, absolutely not ok for the CEO to do.
She has lost a lot of respect in the business world...and that means our partners... can they trust her?
I doubt anyone would take her on after this.
