I do think the board knew she was going to sell, that's why the were vested immediately.
They actually said that.
In any event, the optics are terrible, and the market is more focused on that than on results.
All we need to know is this. Look at the inter day chart. look at the start of the agm. then look at the end of agm and inter day chart.
Hoots would say that fairly common, I disagree.
Market always votes and well......

Let's just hope institutions like the numbers and re rate the stock.

I am surprised I seem to be the only one disturbed by the fact that the chairman had every opportunity to disclose that before the vote for pay increases and board seats and didn't.
Jayne also had plenty of opportunities to ( while she was being grilled by the media)to tell the market she was going to sell those also .
Very amateurish move to overshadow good results.
Enough from me mate, I hate being and feeling negative. Not my style.
