For sake of comparison, the recommended size of a football field is 64,000 square feet (105m x 68m).

MNS has less than a third of a football field.

Even if they took the whole 200,000 square feet under that lease, they would only have about 3 football fields.

Tesla's Gigafactory is 5,800,000 square feet.
