@Reillyblue makes good points. I think that 'hypergrowth' companies do need to spend money to succeed in their strategy, though questioning the expenses is healthy, particularly given their generous (in my opinion) incomes and the $2m+ travel/entertainment expenses. I would prefer a share-based incentive plan and if they're going to spend so much on travel etc., some justification around it.
